Weather Policy

At Beach Dogs Island Essentials, the safety and well-being of our customers and staff are our top priority. In the event of inclement weather, we may need to cancel or reschedule certain activities or services for the safety of everyone involved. Our weather cancellation policy is as follows:

• If there is a severe weather warning in effect, we will cancel all activities and services for the safety of our customers and staff.
• In the event of light rain or other mild weather conditions, we will still operate our activities and services as planned. However, if you are not comfortable with the weather, we may offer the option to reschedule or refund your booking.
• If weather conditions become unsafe during an activity or service, we may need to cancel or pause the activity for the safety of everyone involved.
• If you have made a booking with us and need to cancel due to inclement weather, we will offer the option to reschedule or refund your booking, as long as you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
• Please note that we will do our best to notify you in advance of any cancellations or changes due to weather conditions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring the safety of all our customers and staff.
